A new startup Weebly launched just 9 months ago is currently in Beta mode. The company describes itself as online website creation made easy. Weebly was created by 18 developers and was self funded project.
Weebly has no main competitors.
The content is 100 percent user-generated with a shelf life of an indefinite period of time. Weebly is an online website creator that is very simple and easy to use. Users can create multi-page websites using Weebly’s AJAX interface. With simple “drag and drop” methods one can add effects and animations that are customizable to the site creator’s personal preference. For example, part of the drag and drop elements offered include Google Maps or even a Flickr Feed.
